CHASE

CHASE is the neighborhood association for Areas 7 and 8 in Citrus Heights, California.

Area Seven/ Eight is bounded by Sunrise Blvd. to the west, the Placer County Line to the north, the Orangevale border to the east, and Oak Avenue to the south.

CHASE general meetings are generally held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.  Anyone who lives, works or owns property in Areas 7 & 8 of Citrus Heights can get involved. The CHASE neighborhood association exists for you, and we welcome your input and participation.

At the general meetings, we work to solve neighborhood issues, such as traffic, crime, and blight. Board members share information on city planning and projects, host educational presentations about community resources, and promote community involvement, such as providing volunteer opportunities and promoting community events.

If you would like to be placed on our mail list and receive email and/or postal notification of our meetings and special alerts about special issues concerning Areas 7 & 8, click here.  Note: Alerts are only sent via email.

Citrus Heights Neighborhood Associations

A neighborhood association is not the same as a homeowners' association. You don't have to pay dues and you do not have to own a house to belong to one. In fact, anyone who lives, works or owns property in Citrus Heights can get involved.

Neighborhood associations are groups of grassroots community volunteers who work together to make a difference in their neighborhoods and in the city. Citrus Heights has eleven neighborhood areas, and each one has a corresponding neighborhood association group. Each association has bylaws and a board of directors.

The boards usually meet once a month and work to solve neighborhood issues, such as traffic, crime, or blight. Board members share information on city planning and projects, host educational presentations about community resources, and promote community involvement, such as providing volunteer opportunities and promoting community events.

Neighborhood associations exist for you, and they welcome your input and participation. To find out more about your neighborhood association, check the map below to find your neighborhood, and go to the neighborhood web pages for contact information.
